| Eugene Franklin Eason is the son of Shadrick Speight Eason. His grandfather was Shadrick Arthur Eason.
His wife was Mattie Lee Jackson. Eugene and Mattie had ten children, two which died as infants. Their children were, Myrtie Estelle, Clifton,
Luther Byron, Amber Mae, Mary, Wilford Eugene, Georgia Laverne, Shadrick Jackson, and two unnamed. Eugene and Mattie are buried in
Marthaville Cemetery, Marthaville, La.
